IHSH-380-IND - 12oz Dobby Cloth Work Shirt - Indigo

@FlavourFade cool! And to add it will only lead to amazing scrotum fades
-
@Heavy_blue scrotum fades ftw
-
Came across this today.
New IHUK guerrilla marketing?
Or perhaps just the universe mocking me for not picking this one up?
-
-
Yes, completely agree... the arms open up quite nicely after around 5 to 10 wears!

Don’t sleep on this so you need to beg @Kasi later
I’ll just lowball him.

I am ten wears in now, comfy from the beginning but I also experienced the arms getting a little loser from wear. Atm I wear the 380 to work everyday and look forward to what it will look like in a year.

@Matt with bananas?

@Matt the banana circle
-
how long are we going before we wash these?
-
@nosotrospapaya i always soak or wash when they’re dirty. First i spot clean but after 40 wears or more i mostly soak them.
-
@nosotrospapaya all depends what your doing in it, if it’s grubby and has a smell to it wash it. There is no rule ..
-
Gave mine an early wash hoping to lose a bit of the excess material in the body. Not quite dry yet, but it worked perfectly for me. Selected measurements before and after a 40°C wash in case they help anyone who’s still on the fence:
Shoulder 19.0 -> 18.6 inches
P2P 22.7 -> 22.5
Sleeve 26.3 -> 25.9
Length 30.0 -> 29.1
Opening 23.0 -> 22.0I didn’t measure the sleeve width as it’s not an issue for me, but no obvious difference before/after based on how it feels.
No obvious change in colour but it looks like there’s definite roping potential at the hem (nothing picture worthy yet).
-
I think I will wash this sooner since I wear it over my work clothes and sweat a lot during my shifts.. there's already a lot of indigo loss at the arm pits but I hang it outside over night so no smell yet...
-
First soak after 16 full days in a row wearing the 380 at least 12 hours packing goods, running around in the store and sweating a lot. Did not expect these fades so soon

@FlavourFade looks great
