Travelodge booked for 2 nights
-
@Alex - I also completely failed to say that I would be attending on Friday evening as well
-
@Alex - I am an absolute clown
-
@Crispy-Heron have updated you to 1 person, Fri and Sat...
-
@Alex - ta. I think that’s right!
-
@EdH - looking forward to meeting you and your family as well as a little legal chat.

@Cole there is a bus from Heathrow to Woking and then a train from Woking to Portsmouth. I’ve travelled this route for every party.
The bus takes about 40 minutes and the train about an hour.
Two years ago, the bus was only running once an hour, which was less frequent than past years. The bus also has a tendency to be late.
-
How late did things go last time? I’d like to come but I’ll probably just train back to Brighton Saturday night
-
@nytimes_gaiden depends entirely on how long it takes for me to start throwing up. Or how bad the bar brawl with the football hooligans at the Shit Pants Inn is.
-
@Alex cheers mate.

@Cole I'm going to fly into Heathrow as well, much more convenient from Munich than Gatwick. The alternative appears to be a bus to Woking and then a train to Portsmouth. No idea how much of a pain this is
I've done it numerous times, it's quite easy and smooth. You can buy tickets in advance.

I’m so excited to see
mostall of you.We haven’t booked yet but will probably do so tonight. We want to book the flights first then the hotel. Right now we’re looking at a 13 hour layover in NY but apparently JFK has an awesome hotel inside the airport. Anyone know anything about this?
If Travelodge books up we’ll just crash with my de facto travel buddy @scooter.
