I have the full size Griptilian and even though I love the knife but I absolutely hate the original scales (bulky and cheap) - so much that I got the Kevin Wilkins scales (quite bulky as well but expensive - and it sits better in my hand. The grip on it is unbelievable ) for mine and now it's perfect. I love the axis lock and love how you can flick the knife open and closed.

It's a tad large for EDCing but that's what I do anyway because it's so nice.

Amen! I bought his William Henry, it's unbelievable. I showed it to my wife, who daily carries and she was like, "oh my god, can I have it? Please, please, please. It's so beautiful!" I'm not sure how I feel about my wife having a way nicer knife than me.

I should add that I'm currently eyeing both a Mnandi and a Ti-Lock… Please stop making such kickass knives!..

Eli I have a Startac Umnumzaan coming this week. The Ti Lock is a tremendous knife however it does not have the durability of a Umnumzaan or Sebenza it's more of a gentlemen's carrier.

Just had a quick look on Britishblades.com - lots of negative thoughts there for Perkins! Ah well, I just bought a a kukri or three from Himalayan Imports, so I've had my fix for the time being.
