What's your favorite Beer?

Nice, is that Mikes home brew?

Drinking the entire speedway by myself was not the best idea, so for this week's drink, tonight I will be splitting a DFH 75 minute with a friend. Not typically a fan of Dogfish Head, but I recall quite liking this on tap. Hopefully my memory is holding true.

Jdl, 60 and 90 are solid. I actually love festina peche. Past that I'd have to look at my rb account because it's been four years but I found most of the experiment for experiments sake to not be for me. I get it, just not my style.

I understand your point, and there are a few of theirs that are a bit too experimental for me. As such I wouldn't swear by only their brewery if I was forced to pick just one, but given their track record with me, if it sounds good I will try it. Of course taste is subjective, and I wouldn't have opted for an IPA at all

Theobroma and Palo Santo Marron in particular I have found to be very tasty, even if they don't fit a typical mold.
Palo Santo Marron and Midas Touch are two of my all-time faves. So good, and nicely different.

Bathams bitter, brewed in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands since 1882. They make a cracking pint!
The "New Inn" at Wordsley is my local watering hole where on the odd free afternoon I can be found with a pint, cheese and onion cob and some pork scratchings!

For anyone ever searching for the true essence of England, the above picture and post says it all. I salute you sir, the simple pleasures of a good pint, a good cob and some pork scratchings in a decent local boozer are truly a great thing about this merry olde isle.

Bathams bitter is the princely sum of £2.52 per pint,…............stunning value despite the treasuries best efforts!!
Mrs Trash feels very special when I take her out for a romantic pint and a cob at the "New Inn".
She got her own back earlier this week when I was frog marched to the Michelin Starred "Adam's" restaurant in Birmingham. A superb meal but I would not change it for my "pint and cob" routine.

Damn, beer and pork rinds? Swap out the reading material with something college football related, and you'd be right at home in most any bar in the American South.

Personally this is the best haul ever for me… Got so much stuff from my wishlist... Cantillon Lou Pepe Geuze, Boskeun, Thornbridge Bracia, Cuvée de Ranke, Rulles Estivale,...
