I don’t own a pair of oxfords, but I’ did see those drop on Friday and thought damn those are sweet. From the chonk sole to the extra half slip. I dig them a lot

Just put the order in for these bad boys with a 430 sole. Dont know what sole this picture is running. Bakers says 4-5 months but I think it will most likely be longer.

I like that build @atm23

Very Nice! Looks like a double midsole?

Summer Oxfords

Custom 350c. Had the pleasure of going to the shop in Spokane this January and getting fitted. Break in seems much easier than engineers. Wore them all day right out of the box and felt great. Looking forward to the waxed flesh evo. Love the vibram 430 sole - enough traction for hiking in the rain but still a clean looking profile. Finishing details are just ok - crooked stitches and some roughness around the edges but nothing that will impact functionality and longevity. Wabi sabi.

someone mentioned white's oxfords a little bit back. my white's in natural chromexcel.
speaking of oxfords, anyone own a pair of white's pole climber oxfords? Love that shoe. -
Anyone know any places that sell all black leather laces? Looking to change the laces that came with these.

Thanks guys and yes Chicken thinks the whole denim and boot thing is a big distraction from more fun activities like going for walks, sleeping, eating, and making love to couch cushions.
@SKT this is my second pair of whites and the first, a semidress, did have a liner while these smokejumper/350 cutters are unlined. As you say unlined does make them lighter, also maybe easier to break in, and less durable over time? Don't know yet about the long term durability but with one less leather of leather that would be my suspicion. For comfort I am pleased these are unlined.
