Compare to a 3xxx worn and washed in about the same way:

Certainly less contrasty thean the 3xxx denim. G
Thanks for posting those pics G. I figure most of them in that Flathead gallery belong here anyway! Clearly no use in letting these jeans get the funk 'cause it seems the jeans and not I will be deciding how they'll fade.
Got home from work today to my package from Beatle. I am/got excited so they've just gone into the tub for a soak from the hot tap and the only camera in the house is out of juice. So pics will be posted tomorrow or the day after at the latest. Possibly some fit pics, straight out of the Internet's self-pic playbook. Thanks again Beatle/Lando!

Got my hemmed F380 today, i like the fit of these a LOT better than the F310… i think i am generally moving away from super slim jeans. Don't need megaFADEZZZ or anything. Much more comfortable. The left leg twists quite a bit to the right though for some reason. Oh well. Will be selling my F310 soon i guess.

I just don't understand what is so special about FH.
However I want to be sold on anything, so…
I'd be interested to hear what do FH lovers have to say about them compared to IH, Samurai or PBJ? -
The Flathead jeans are a fine product. I used to buy their 16oz variant, however since the Tripleworks have come available I feel that TW are really a superior product (in that same weight band). The attention to detail on the TW is much better than FH and I prefer sanforized anyway (I found that the FH would shrink A LOT)

The fading properties of TFH are like nothing else!!!
