Glad you're here Nem… you make up for my lack of cool pics and attitude...
Like this thread G, I'll chime in
I lost some weight (though not as much as AFTRMTH, congrats big time there) which brings the extra benefit of having to buy new clothes... and I found IH along the way, I'm sure G has appreciated that...
But more so my life is going to change soon. I'll turn 32 this summer and at the same time will finally be finished with postgrad training, been in school/training straight through basically my whole life, in July my family and I will move, start a new job, sell the house where we started our family, and within the same month will have our 4th child (the oldest won't yet be even 5...). So yeah, things they are a-changin' for me.
Let's hear more

I don't want to rub it in to those who are struggling just thought I would share…
I lost more than 100lbs Dec 31, 2009 - Dec 31, 2010. That's right, it was my new years resolution and did it cold turkey. Shopping for clothes is alot easier and more fun when your size is readily available. I always had to look at the biggest sizes at the bottom of the piles

Which part of China did you move to? -
okay , I play, but when it comes to things that have changed my life - I have to take more than the last 12 months..
2000 - took the plunge and decided to work self-employed , one of the most life changing things for me. Time is probably the most valuable treasure that we have - and I haven´t spent one second looking at a watch waiting for my work day to be over.
2004 - ran my first marathon - I think I´m indistructable ever since
2004 - decided to buy a Landrover - driving in winter has never been better
2009 - signed up on IH Forum - one of the best decisions. I have met so many wonderful people on here - and made some friendships that mean the world to me. Also - if it weren´t for that - there´d be no Beatle Buster - and I would have never seen Gosport, the secret Capitol of the UK…

where are you?I know NingBo - we have factories located there that our Shanghai office deals with.
I am located in Guangzhou, 2 hours away from HK - maybe next time I am in SH we can meet up…SH should have a few fellow denim heads around (expat or otherwise).
