Have these ever been offered in some sort of lined version? Either in the SBG or the super black… if so, is there a chance they ever would be again?

Not that I can think of. This denim may be discontinued. We are having big issues with the production, and I am in talks with Japan about it currently

it would. be a major bummer, yes, but - we are talking specifically (at the moment) about the superblack non selvedge, so it does not mean that the con fade black things will never be made again

i like the red W on the SBG version, but have been looking for something that stays crispy black for a while.

I have this jacket for 4-5 years now and use it as my winter jacket. It got a lot of wear and it still looks deep black, so if you're looking for something that "stays black for a while", this is the one. SBG starts to fade pretty fast.

Yes it is pretty comfortable. But it is the stiffest gnarliest denim I came across until today.
