It was absolutely glorious! Thanks Adam. But, it is refreshing to be home in our own space…
As far as wanting to be my dad, I’ll gladly call you my pops...

What a beautiful corner of Oregon you’ve got there, Brock. You didn’t kill mountain lions, did you? I thought they were endangered?

I didn’t personally but I would have. They aren’t endangered and they are hunted seasonally in Oregon.. when big cats are seen during the day roaming near children it can be a bit unnerving!

No doubt. They’re scary from afar, too. I’m sure there are a lot more of them out there than here. As a matter of fact, I think Eastern mountain lions are the ones that are (all but?) extinct. Anyway, I’m far from a hunter, but would surely choose your kids or my nieces, over any wild animal.

Totally! sabergirl
The only things I hunt for are mushrooms! But I would have no problem pulling the trigger to keep anyone safe from any kind of dangerous animal…Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

thanks @Brock and what a sultry stare!!!!
I can hear her now… "who on the forum are you sending pics of me to? and why?"
Your wife is one hell of a sport, is gorgeous, and has amazing style.
Cheers to you and your family.
-
Jeff! Let’s see this thing in action man.
Also, I just saw that last post for some reason…
thanks man, and you were spot on lol. She’s used to the forum now but she still gives me crap for being a workwear nerd..jordanscollected

Thanks for the nudge @Brock. I was waiting for @neph93 Rueben to up date the group that i was stepping in to help tour this thing while Matty was busy. I was also planning to compile pics with it up until this point but it's been brutally cold and life has been rinse and repeat work and home so its been boring. However…
Thank you Brock for sending the jacket on to me. I am stoked to be a state side fill in with the mad red. This is my billiard room where much of my free time is spent. I play league and tournament billiards and practice at home a few hours a week or when time permits.
As seen in the WAYWT shoe edition. I had a pair of Schnee's made for me for winter horseback riding. these are shown with my wife's pair that she was gifted and are over 20 years old and just got a rub down with pitch blend.
I'll get moving on more asap.
-
Sorry buddy, been busy and it slipped through the cracks.
@jordanscollected is taking a leg, despite not being in from the start. I’m fairly sure we are all good with that, right?
-
I'm Jeff. I live in Carver, MN which is about 25 miles southwest of Minneapolis. Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes but we have thousands more than that. Our northern border is Ontario Canada and we also border Lake Superior.
I'm a culinary trained chef who now works in the industrial ingredient sales industry as a Research and Development chef, helping large companies get new products on the market faster. I also side hustle as a private chef for small weddings and dinner parties and quite frankly, a lot of rich people don't ever cook and eat crappy food.
I'm happy to have the opportunity to tour this wonderful jacket. First things first, it fits me like every sample fits Giles, it seems was made specifically for me.
I'm tired of saying "before the pandemic we used to go out more and do stuff" but it seems fitting here as it's tough to get new venues to bring the jacket to.
That said…...
...
My wife and I went to Home Depot to buy some succulents and it was a perfect, well not perfect but ok place to kick off the tour.
Hey @Giles, look what Houdini slipped under the vest this time?
For dinner last night we made a quick stir fry with broccoli, chinese sausage, and Jasmine rice. We added marinated ramen eggs to the top, and garnished with a condiment i wish i knew about sooner.
This guy in the jeans and red jacket up here made for a quick and dirty "who wore it better?" competition. When I approached him with the results he wasn't too pleased.
Not the most scenic gas station, but the Mad Red sure added to the view

I take walks sometimes. with a vest
sometimes i take off the vest on my walks, and turn around
On occasion you also need to look mad to keep the mad red honest.
more to come

I am glad about that because this is a lot of fun already. Jacket looks great on you. Are you enjoying any double takes, strange looks, gaggles of young ladies running after you?
-
Yes! Great work already Jeff!

Currently I power walk through the grocery store so the 2 times I’ve worn it i haven’t paid attention to gawkers. I already have gaggles of women trying to tackle, but no increase has been noted of yet.
What is noted is how well constructed the jacket, how soft and heavy it is, and how well it’s cut. The fact that it didn’t sell, though I have no idea of the retail price, baffles me.

If I remember correctly @Red Hoodie Guy had it custom made, so there is only one of these. I'd imagine the original price tag would be around one thousand of your United States dollars.
-
Well thanks to Red hoodie guy for the indecision.
Tomorrow we ride.
