I love my Ortliebs:
And I give them shit. This one just bust on a long haul (well, I did 6 long hauls in 7 days, so could have been any one of them)....
I could not find the part on their site, so dropped them a note.

Nice. Good customer service really is not that difficult. I can’t believe how so many companies fall so short. Love when businesses actually give a shit about making a customer happy.

Yeah G got me to look at Ortlieb singing their praises and I got a 110L dry duffel that is simply incredible. The robustness of the tarpaulin and seam sealing, excellent ergonomics, functionality, and the wheels just glide. It’s incredible. I’m nowhere near needing service on it but good to know it’s there if I ever need it.

I'm pretty sure they come with a lifetime guarantee. I bust the zip on one of mine, and the UK distributor swapped it for a new one with out any questions, despite me having bought it in Germany....

Got the 110 l duffel myself, but then realized that it is so long that I had to drop it in oversized luggage twice already....
