What should we expect for "continuous" items during the sulpher dyed phase out? I'm currently wearing the 293 OD. Will the next run, or further into the future runs, be dyed using a different technique?

Luckily (well no luck at all, Haraki being the man he is), we are using arguably the best and most efficient sulphur dyeing factory in Japan, so whilst many have closed, ours has not.  I think we could continue to sulphur dye for years, the real question, is should we?  We will test out alternatives and switch as soon as we possibly can once we feel we have a viable route forward.  However, expect the price of sulphur dyed garments to increase in the meantime as our during factory makes more and more concerted efforts to minimise the environmental impact of using sulphur.
