RE: IH-777S-21 - Super-Slim Tapered 21oz Indigo Selvedge Jean - VERSION 1
Thanks @Winchy . I find the top block of the my 666's almost "Boxy" (in a good way) and just wondered if there was any difference in this area between the two, you've answered my question.
Many thanks for your help -

@den213:
@Giles May I propose my thoughts on the upcoming improvements on the 777-cut? You're planning to lower the rise and my concern is that this is against IH's own philosophy because those jeans that barely cover the butt are only today's fashion and IH doesn't follow and doesn't have to (this is the greatest part of it). Additionally it'd be very odd to see someone with such a cut and an IH-patch on it. The other tweaks are great (the bigger thigh and the slightly smaller hem) but only as long as the rear rise stays in fashionless / comfortable regions to guarantee it will be a classic shape in 20 years.
I respectfully disagreed. For me as a middle aged man with no arse, its not.about fashion but all about comfort.
Both of my pairs of IH in 666s & BB 31/32 have rear rises of 15"+ and it gives me a saggy behind as rise is too high for my frame, the jeans fit great everywhere else though.
I'm sure a small reduction isnt going amount to us seeing everyones underwear. -

Great fits folks @Yury could I ask what length you had them hemmed to and the leg opening measurement. Just wondering if much width/taper is lost with hemming on the 32"., this looks like my ideal cut and a lower rear rise may be perfect for a "no-arse" like me

RE: IH-777S-21 - Super-Slim Tapered 21oz Indigo Selvedge Jean - VERSION 1
I bought a pair of 777 in 31, the measurements look pretty the same like the 666 18oz raw after a wash, but the fit is completly different. Its the best cut you have ever done giles, thx! I love the 777! Hope it comes also with the 18oz raw fabric.
Yeah this is what i thought and am hoping for. Give us a fitpic LuckyLuke !

RE: IH-666S - The Devil's Fit Indigo - Slim Tapered
Hi Guys,
I have a pair of 666s 32" that have now been worn for a couple of weeks and i'm trying to gage if there is any shrinkage left.
They have had a initial a warm soak and a machine handwash (no spin) @ 30 to give some agitation and apart from the length i didn't really get much other shrinkage
Current measurements are (IH way)
666s - Tagged 32"
Waist 17"
Front Rise 10.5"
Rear Rise 14.5"
Thigh 11.6
Knee 8.5"
Hem (@ 32.5" leg) 8.2"
For reference original leg length i got to 35.25" with a 7.85" hem opening
Seem to have stretched in the topblock and are hanging off my skinny butt.Any shrinkage left if i did a hotter wash?

How are they compared to U.S. locations like SelfEdge?
He's had my jeans and done wonders with them and a good guy to boot.

RE: IH-666S - The Devil's Fit Indigo - Slim Tapered
Hi Guys,
Looking at a pair of these and would like some shrinkage sizing advice pls in comparison to Flat Heads.
My FH F310's that are tagged 31" have gotten too tight in the top block after their 2nd wash to the point of being uncomfortable, so much so i'm probably going to have to move them on.
Prior to this they had been a perfect fit for a long time. Thighs, waist etc all good, however i underestimated the incremental shrinkage that occurs after their initial couple of soaks and washes.
With that is mind, measurements on a 31" in 666s pre-soak look ideal for me and from reading, they don't seem to shrink as much over their lifetime as the FH's.
Any thoughts re sizing vs Flat Heads? Is the top block slightly roomier?
Cheers BBaller
Measurements look fine pre soak

RE: IHSH-08SBG - 16oz Super Black Fades to Grey Western Shirt
Hi Guys n' Gals,
Long time lurker here and i have just received my first IH purchase!
Great service, thank you both Paula & Giles.I Just wanted some feedback on this beasty if i could please.
I took a medium in the piece, which fits chest and arm length fine, the only thing i am concerned about is the shoulder width , the seam "feels" as though it ends to a little short, is this just the toughness of the fabric and to be expected in it's current state ?
And ….as the shirt is now extinct am i just punishing myself thinking a large would of given me the extra .5 inch of shoulder width and just get on and wear the fecker?
As i say it's my first Iron Heart shirt so ..should i take the Medium of this as a rough example of sizing for future purchases?

RE: Converse
Finally managed to track a pair of these down in Burgundy
I'm really pleased with them , with the Lunarlon sole they are quite comfortable.
