First impressions.. it’s great to be back in IH denim. It’s my first experience with the 14oz denim, but it’s tremendous. The sizing is proper - room up top, tapered bottom.

Looking forward to beating these up.

Did the yearly rewatch of True Detective S1. S2 is still a disappointment, but S3 was a nice return to form. The new season of Bosch was much better than the preview.

Excited to break into the newer seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm finally.

Mos def! That mid-2000s wave of Clevo-inspired bands like Blind To Faith, Wayfarer, Rot In Hell, and Orr/Dwid “G.I.S.M.” heavy influenced Integ was the best.

Gehenna has a new record in the works too. Hard to believe Upon The Gravehill was in like 2003 or 2004.

For those of us who dig hardcore / heavy shit, Blind To Faith dropped a new album today. Their debut on Holy Terror years ago is tremendous as well.

I think there’s a noticeable difference between the arm holes of the westerns I have (192 & 240) vs the work shirt chambray (which number escapes me at the moment), but the cut is a bit looser as well. Work being bigger, but also it’s a far lighter and breathable shirt than say the heaviness of an IH flannel.

The first day with this pigment dyed indigo jam -

First thoughts: a nice slim fit option with an interesting shade of blue. Love the black diamond snaps too.

Like everything IH, it’s a beast. Makes me want to quit shaving for a few weeks, get a bit wild eyed, and do my best 70s Hopper in Taos impression.

This is much more substantial than I expected, with an almost rubbery feel, presumably thanks to the linen.  It looks nicely knackered from the off and even my wife admitted she likes it.  Like all IH, it'll only get better with age.

The rubbery comment interests me.

I still can’t decide if it’ll be navy or black haha
