@Sam there's a review of the R nineT Racer at Visordown. The riding position sounds a bit more extreme than the other bikes in the range, but it looks good.

A set of Wilbers suspension, or the Ohlins Retro 43 fork and matching shock, and a set of serious Brembo brakes would be a good set of upgrades. Plus bar end mirrors, tail tidy, smaller LEDs, and maybe some BST Carbon Wheels…

It'd be fun to see what @foundrymotorcycle could do with the bike, but I wouldn't want the bill at the end of it.

Thruxton Run is a series of films about Wenley Andrews, a custom bike builder, turning around a project for an upcoming show in Sydney.

There's a series of videos on YouTube. This is the first one, which isn't great.

Part three, which has just been posted, is more interesting as Wenley is starting to cut up the bike's frame.

Bike EXIF have a piece about a Street Twin Flat Tracker. It's another light custom, but I really like how they've done the tail section.

This is my Harley Softail 1991 it looks a croc of sh1t,  I have been to Hamburg twice and Berlin on it also from Oxfordshire,  I also have a Vrod Muscle which is in the standard from.

Took this last Tuesday evening. My 2016 Roadster with its swanky new Roland Sands exhaust and Rough Crafts air cleaner. Think the le pera seat is too bulky looking but it's way more comfortable than the stock seat.

Also rode all day today,my favorite riding weather. Start temps in the mid 40s,quickly warming up to the 50s topping out in the low 60s. The reason I got involved with Iron Heart in the first place was to have great jeans to ride in a varied temperature range. Had chaps on in the morning.

Admittedly, I know next to nothing about motorcycles, so forgive the potentially dumb question- wouldn't the exhaust burn your thigh and butt routed that way?

There's a heat shield on the pipe, it's the layer (or layers) of metal wrapping it. That should keep your thigh a bit cooler, but I imagine it'd still get quite hot.

Glad that you're OK @louisbosco, roundabouts can be treacherous. The bike can always be repaired.

thanks @Graeme  sadly, no. all i got was this. not that i wanna put it to the test again though… 

the bike's alright to ride off still. i had an english instructor before, he did say, australian drivers are the worst at a roundabout.
