Oh look, a new rabbit hole. If I'm not back in a few days send a search party lol.

I only wear cologne made by these folks. (No.88 is my fave, but CUBA & Spanish Cedar are also really nice).

Been using Trafalgar by Truefitt & Hill lately . Also like Marlborough by DR.Harris .

I've recently started delving, and my favorite is Vetiver by Guerlain. It's so crisp and fresh, and it helps that the gf LOVES it.
In the past 3 months, I've grabbed 2 others, as well: Acqua di Gio "Essenza", and Bvlgari "Man in Black".
Aside from those 3, I quite enjoy smelling like dryer sheets and baby powder lol

Ironically, I've settled on a Le Labo fragrance also, for my cool-weather scent – Thé Noir 29. The only other one I've sampled from Le Labo is Bergamot 22, which was also great.

Picked up some samples of this in Brighton on Thursday, really refreshing smell and a nice story to go with how it all came about.
The basics of the story were, that JFK was on the the French Rivera and smelt this fragrance on a young guy and they got talking, it turneds out the guy made his own fragrances. JFK returned to the states and wrote to the guy and asked if he could buy eight bottles for friends and one for Bob (his brother)…..
The full story is on the website...

Hi Snowy, my fave still is Bowling Green (Geoffrey Beene). Most often go without a fragrance, though. Hope all is well with you down under.

Surprisingly, a lot of japanese stuff here as well….
Still, Creed Aventus is my favorite, it´s very long-lasting and just great fragrance.

Yeah, I've spent the better part of the past year trying to find one fragrance that I could make my signature scent, and trying really hard to not let it be Aventus just because of all the hype. I've all but given up, it's just such a great and versatile scent. I've found quite a few great options along the way, though, including Royal Mayfair and Millesime Imperial (also from Creed), Thé Noir 29, Rose 31, and Gaiac 10 from Le Labo, Bergamot Soleil and Mistral Patchouli from Atelier, Eau d'Orange Verte from Hermes, and Jubilation XXV from Amouage. But I think Aventus will be my main go-to, with a few of the others for special occasions or just to switch it up a bit.
