Jacques Marie Mage (JMM) - Sunglasses and Frames…
-
Does anyone know how JMM compares to Julius Tart?
I have a pair of Tart Harold (current not vintage) opticals that were my daily but annoyingly I sat on them and the hinge is not repairable.
I'm considering replacing them with JMM, given they're also Japan made I'm guessing the quality is as good if not better?
-
I don't know Tart, but JMM is beyond everything else I've seen @1981FXe and I'm confident you'd like them.
-
Right on thanks @mclaincausey I've certainly heard good things.
I've enquired about the Kellerman, looking at the measurements they're almost identical to the Harold which bodes well given I'd be ordering them from the US without trying.

@Kasi is your man for JMM's.
I think he has a good relationship with these guys if you're in the UK @1981FXe ?

Great, thanks! Looks like Seen isn't all that far from me. Certainly worth the trip to try frames in person.

Nice! Is that their G-15 lens @Anesthetist ? It looks similar to my clip-ons and I really love it, especially compared to Ray-Ban G-15.

Not sure it is dark enough to be a G15 but it is a very pleasing olive hue.

When we both have something in common, a love of Jacque Marie Mage sunglasses, things can quickly get out of hand . . . .
