In my unqualified opinion, this shirt might be the exact shirt I wish the Pale Rider would’ve been “out of the box”. Alas, horsehide is just it’s own beast…
I ride motorcycles with deer hide gloves. They always begin the season in this pale yellow color and slowly age to a light brown. Not as pink/orange/caramel as the PR’s horsehide. But damn this is tempting and I bet the softness and drape of this shirt will probably require zero intervention. Just lots of wear.

@Heavy_blue yea man. It was fun and the jacket is perfect on the bike. It fits well, I can reach forward, swivel my head comfortably, but because it’s so thick and robust, I don’t wear it for extended periods.
This deer shirt I think will be softer, more pliable and overall more comfortable. if it is anything like my deer gloves, I bet it could be worn comfortably against bare skin. -
