@Matt @endo good, kind gentlemen. Honoured to be invited. It is just days before opening night, but by Jove, Terje and I’d love to join you merry people. Seems tricky, being so far away and time wise..
All this talk of partying… here’s a fitting video:

Glorious, just glorious.

@AdamC On behalf of the North, I thank you. And thanks for asking - rehearsals are really exciting! Wabashwishing you a wwwabashhhhful wonderful day too, good Sir!
-
@denim-dawg what mic do you use? My wife uses an older Belkin mic but it is a bit dated and she could use an upgrade. Yours has great sound quality.
-
Hi wabasheurs! Howzit?
I think the costume designer on the new play knows me pretty well.. we haven’t worked together for a few years, but she got me these stunning Norwegian Dundas boots for my part… inspiring. So nice agains the wabash and the 18oz…

@denim-dawg
those a pretty cool boots. wanted to buy a pair a few years ago but weren’t available -
@Daniel-San Yeah, I don't know how many they make..but they are really fine.. Here are some pics we took the first day which I forgot to post... I fell through the snow... it is getting near the end of our journey... Have a great day!

Denim Tongue Cooking - "In cod we trust"
-
@sabergirl good question. I find the best part of it being just like a really good piece of fish filet. The other “tongue” part is more … jelly. But when you deep fry it it is crisp. Cow tongue seems more… like one same piece of soft meat? Or what do you think?
-
@denim-dawg
mate just keep the jacket and go on with those videos -
@denim-dawg that scenery is absolutely insane
-
Interesting @denim-dawg. I suppose that makes sense that it would have more similarity to other fish muscly-bits.
Beef tongue is very tender, and almost spongy? Hard to describe, but oh so delicious. It definitely is pretty much the same throughout once you clean off the connective tissue.
-
@sabergirl Yup..agree with cleaning off the connective tissue (how appetising does this sound haha) - I am not a tongue fan, most of these parts make me squeamish.. so luckily this was a really tasty experience. I had beef tongue in Japan. Almost passed out. Thank god for the Sake... Izakayaaaa!! Enjoy your weekend and your meals, Sabergirl!
@AdamC Thank you - it is just 10 minutes drive from our home. This you'll enjoy the hiking here. Best wishes to you!
@Daniel-San thank you .. about this jacket... after wearing it constantly for almost a month my 1cent is that it goes with everything! Any style. Any colour combination. It is thick and yet thin. I was thinking I was more of a old-school button hole buy, but these golden snaps really are so gorgeous to look at, and they snap and close so easily. You do not even think about closing and opening it, it just happens. And the pockets make it like a bib. Only it is a jacket. Baby.
...so what could be more fitting, @Daniel-San, than this hahaha:

Good Sunday! Ready for your Sunday Roast?
Get out of your comfort zone and dig into the mind..or the head of a sheep. A classic Norwegian - and South African (smiley) dish... up in wabash smoke..
Have a great selvedge Sunday!
