IHSH-364-BRN - 11oz T/C Mechanic Shirt - Brown
Our traditional long sleeve mechanic shirt, constructed from a 11oz poly / cotton blend. Woven with a tight, left-hand twill, the 65% polyester / 35% cotton mix creates a tough but smooth feeling fabric. Key detailing includes grey snaps on the placket, pockets and cuffs, split sides seams for increased mobility and a heavy duty, over exaggerated bottom hem fold. All of this adds up to make a shirt with the perfect balance of retro styling, durability, comfort and functionality.

Looks great! Pimpable snaps? Might prefer black or something dark. Thank you

So are the snaps are black or grey on this one? It looks like they are black in the post @Ross put up but in the product pics they look grey and I believe it said grey in the product description.
-
@Ross thank you sir.
Now just trying to decide if I should size down to a L on this one or stay with my usual XL.
-
Looking at this shirt as we speak … can anyone comment on this “feels” compared to 100% cotton?
The sleeves seem to run a tad short on this model as well …. I’m wondering if a slightly wider shoulder helps to make up for that?
-
@Brandrea I put on the black one in Hamburg at the store. Took my usual XXL, didn't notice the sleeves beeing too short.
As far as the feeling of the fabric goes - think of the classic Dickies feel of their polycotton. Just a lot heavier and a bit more sturdy, not too uncomfortable, though. -
@tody thanks a lot for this … helps a lot.
Did you end up leaving the store with it?
-
Curious if anyone here owns one of these and can comment on how the fabric feels/wears.
I saw Sam’s YT video and he’s got me thinking Brown …
-
@Twistlock thanks for that. Hoping to find a brown one in my size.
