WHAT ARE YOU DOING TODAY (PICS)
-
@Mizmazzle Sure is! That’s a phone picture. Hopefully some good ones next week when I get home. The lighting was about as beautiful as I’ve ever seen yesterday,so if I don’t have a great picture it’s on me as Mother Nature sure did her part.

Winding down the weekend at Disney world for the husband’s birthday weekend
-
@Mizmazzle Short answer is yes,we’re heading to Red Rocks today, and then to Denver(We love Denver)We’re spending Monday in Denver then go home on Tuesday.
-
@Jett129 oh man!! Red Rocks is a fun place to hike around a bit. You gonna catch “Black Tiger Sex Machine?” I have no idea who that is…but that’s who’s playing there tonight. Haha
I’m sure you’ve got your trip all planned out, but if ya need any suggestions, etc. shoot me a DM.
I’ve got to go back to work tomorrow. Was off all last week for fall break. If ya have time to grab a beer I could probably make it happen. I’m sure you’ve got lots of fun shit on the agenda though!!
-
@Jett129 visiting the Rockies? Hope you are having fun if so!

@Mizmazzle What started out as a short/long weekend kind of trip to Albuquerque and Santa Fe ended up morphing into an 8 day trip to Denver with stops at Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks. It’s about $200 per person cheaper to fly back from Denver than it is from Albuquerque and it’s nonstop. Yesterday we drove from Santa Fe to GOG so I could do photography at/around sunset. It was magnificent. Today we’re heading to Denver and it would be a crime not to stop at Red Rocks to do a little hiking and photography. We’ll get to Denver later on today, and we’re not really sure what we’re going to do tomorrow, and if you have any suggestions I’d definitely appreciate it.We’re not indoors kind of people, especially if it’s nice out. Of course we mitigated any savings by extending the trip, but well worth it.

No better way to fade my 21oz denim outfit than picking grapes from a 150 plus years old vine, at the old family house by the lakes in northern Italy

go for it @pechelman

@pechelman you know you want to

Picking a local fruit which goes by the name of guapuru (Plinia cauliflora). Nearly black when ripe. Bit odd as it grows closely attached to main branches, similar to cacao. Tasty stuff. Also makes a wonderful preserve. About the size of a large grape.
Also got a bucketful of apples, and some peaches.
-
@motojobobo the guapuru is very interesting…never seen anything like it

Today was MANGO day. Dry but mild winter hastened mango season this year. We are in full swing now.
Filled four wheelbarrows which all dropped overnight, two large trees. It was windy so that helped.
Now to find folks to give them away.
