Thanks a lot, much appreciated! Will try my best to show some action soon!

@goosehd Hey goose, these would be new. 210z 888s indigo. Basically, I'm a 37 waist. The 38s are too big and the 36s fit great except the waist is 1.5 inches too small. Thanks

it would be a good idea to show up more frequently and toss up a pic or two.
Of course it would!

@Max-Power haha I hear ya, man — the temptation factor of the forum is astronomical, was just chatting with someone about this the other day. Nonetheless great to see you pop up again! Don't be too much of a stranger

@Max-Power Do you still have the IHM-15 coat? Recently got one, and found your old posts, hence my shoutout here!

Indeed I do, I sold a few items but this remains a grail item for cold winter days. My old IHM 08 (m65, hope I recall the number correctly) and ihj 35 are also still going strong.

@AdamJ much appreciated! Speaking of... how is the restock coming?

Has anyone here removed a satin liner from a baseball cap or other hat? I have a Capas brand linen cap with a satin liner and it has exactly 0% breathability and I get overheated every time I wear it. It seems easy enough to snip out of there but I’m wondering if there’s something I’m not considering.
You should be able to just flip up the sweatband and snip or seam rip it out. Only issues you may come across are unsightly exposed seams on the inside that weren’t meant to be seen, or possibly the underside of the top button on the inside may feel uncomfortable on the top of your head. I’ve done it to some and the bottom of the snap slightly pulled the hairs on the top of my head.
That hat looks like one that was made from a company I worked with for years in Newark, NJ. If the white union size tag has a BHM or an HC on it, it was one of ours.

Thanks @chrisjohnnick ill check out the tag tomorrow and try and remove the liner. If the under side of the button tab causes issues I’ll find a solution with a piece of tape or similar.

@aimes You might be surprised at how much you can get from the 21oz denim. My tag 34 888S-21 started at an actual 33.8 waist, but stretched to an easy 35 with a couple of days of regular wear.
If you're between sizes like that, I'm sure the crew will be able to dig you out a pair that's actually around 35.7 or 35.8, which should get you to 37 inches once you start to break them in.
I'd see how they actually fit on before spending money on gadgets or possibly damaging the jeans.

@EdH Appreciate it Ed

Just curious- When considering what to focus on for production, what factors go into prioritizing items? It seems like the “what do you think we should make” thread could help with new stuff, but do you have trackers for how many people have stuff on their watchlist? Or is that just for customers to keep track for themselves? Thanks!
-
@WhiskeySandwich Fabric availability, production capacity, how well things sell, available stock, to name a few.
Every month Alex, Adam and myself go through a list we have of items we need to make, then decide what to put in to production.
There are a load of great suggestions in the "What do you think we should make" thread, we'd love to be able to try them all!

These came up on an insta post….does anyone know anything about this type of boot or where I can get a pair?
