@Karol Agree!! Couldn't believe it when Tore (who owns and runs Active Tromsø) let us pet the newborn. They sleep outdoors, in a little cottage with no heating, other than the warmth of their mother. And she was so cute, sniffing me and letting me know it is safe to have her puppy in my hands... dammm...

We began our Arctic odyssey with a fishing trip on the shores of Tromsø, Norway, so it only seems fitting to bring things full circle.
In this final instalment, @denim-dawg demonstrates the traditional Scandinavian method of preserving fish throughout the winter months - just be warned, cold water may cause shrinkage!
