I had a recent addition to the items I’ve enhanced with my denim after one day of wearing the bibs.
Indigo new balance

My sister-in-law's husband randomly texted to say that one of his mates is the FW24 model, and sent me the image of the nylon bomber being modelled. I sent back a pic of me in said bomber saying "you'll never believe what I picked up last weekend then".
Anyway, random example of 'small world'.

Shopping for food this evening walking around Woolworths saw the red W on a pair of denim for the first time over here
Didn’t stalk the guy or anything and bumped into him at the deli section
He moved to Oz 10 years ago and was from Bristol was a odd encounter as I’ve never met anyone here with anything IH
Hope his kid enjoyed the smiley fritz -

Yeah, not something I'd venture when standing next to someone at a urinal.....
On two occasions I found myself next to celebrities at a urinal, the first one was Alvin Lee,who at the time was the guitarist for Ten Years After, and the second was the celebrity chef,Bobby Flay. Said nothing to either one of them.

My parents in Florida just got their power back today, too. Had to clear out the fridge and a couple standing freezers.

We lost power on September 27th. How many days is that, @Mizmazzle ? Water is still out. Though they finished the Herculean task of putting in a new bypass line from the main reservoir that feeds Asheville’s water system. They are supposedly pressurizing the lines to look for leaks and sending the water straight into the distribution lines without putting it through treatment. So we should start seeing very sediment filled heavily chlorinated water soon. Once the sediment clears out this will be fine for flushing toilets, and for showering and laundry if we are feeling adventurous. I expect it will be many months before drinkable water comes out of the taps again.

@sabergirl I can’t even imagine the combination of emotions everyone over there must be going through. From fear to horror to gratitude to frustration and anger to awe at the ingenuity of humans to build and repair to the ineptitude of humans to tear down and destroy to love and ultimately perseverance.
Wishing you and the community the best through all of this.

Anyone ever had to deal with a "sovereign citizen" or "freeman on the land" before?

@Matt Ha, sadly we need to get something out of this one. We just received the most absurd letter I've ever seen in my career.
