Izzy was 76th of 84 and Ginny races in an hour…

We hit our goals today with Izzy running a sub 12 minute 2 km (11:56) and Ginny running a sub 16 minute 3 km (15:59) which makes me extremely happy with both of them. Spent the last week working with them and it paid off. Both of them have realized that training pays off and Ginny is now talking about running with me more often.

I can’t ask for anything more than that…
