Hard to believe the regular season is almost over. We look forward to the start of football season for so long. All the build up in the off season, training camp starts. All the hours of listening to local sports talk radio as speculation and anticipation whet an appetite for the season to begin. Then boom!! It’s almost over. For almost a decade the Broncos haven’t made it out of the regular season into the post. This year, though we have improved, are barely deserved of a playoff birth. It might still happen. But after last weeks loss to the Chargers and a realization that we aren’t as good as it might have seemed…even lucking our way in doesn’t feel like a true hard won entry into the playoffs. So, we continue to build and hopefully next year we can establish a winning season with some true grit and character deserving of a trip to the post season.

Thanks a ton Jett. This thread and survivor pool is always so fun because the thoughtfulness you put into it. It most certainly enhances my enjoyment of football and the friendships of this forum.

@Oaktavia Hopefully you guys softened/beat them up a little for us. Netflix paid the NFL 150 million for the right to stream these 2 games. Roger Goddel and co are just sitting up there counting money.

I’m glad the Steelers tanked but the Chiefs win could have been better if PH and/or TK had broken their necks. That would have been a great game.
