a little yo-yo is fine @goosehd, and don't tell me about hangovers @WhiskeySandwich I'm an expert

Elf on the shelf is something we never got into in our household. The kids don't know about it, and we don't feel like worrying about remembering to set it up.
-
@chrisjohnnick yeah I get this. We’re basically prisoners to the elf for a month. But once you start there’s no going back. Kinda like IH
-
I remember my sister telling me about it when they started doing it for my nephews 10 or so years ago, and I just thought "Nah, that ain't for me"
-
I don’t know of any of you do this with your elf but for one day she shows up in an empty plastic container, like for peanuts or something, so the kids can carry her around. Usually on a day we do something out like looking at lights or whatever.
One year she made a surprise visit on St Patrick’s day when the kids try to catch a leprechaun. She was in the trap dressed in green. The kids freaked all the way out.

One of my quirky Holiday Traditions is Maestro Mouse.

@Matt Yes

Had to google it. I love it.

Is there a thread for everyone's wishlists for this season? Haven't seen one, but curious what everyone is hoping for this year.

Put it here…
I now have more automatic watches than I did two weeks ago by about 300% so I need a watch box with multiple rotating stations so I can stop carrying watches in my pajama pockets at night.
While singing jingle bells????

Is that an automatic watch in your pocket, or are you just happy to talk to me about automatic watches?
