I have a busy holiday break which I am pretty excited for. My county has 12 days off work starting tomorrow.
Tomorrow- cleaning the house followed by shopping in sleepy Shepherdstown, WV with my wife in the afternoon seeking holiday gifts for our family, and lunch at the new Greek place in town. Next, we are having my parents and possibly my sister, my BIL and niece over our place for the Ravens/Steelers game pizza party at 4:30.
12/23- Brutal head tattoo session I am both terrified and stoked to get done at 10am. Three hours on the side of my head above my ear. I have been putting this off for a long time. After, an Iron Heart package is scheduled to arrive in the evening. Then oysters and rockfish for a romantic at home dinner with Amanda.
12/24- Lunch at my parents, followed by getting our house together and preparing Christmas Eve and Christmas Dinners with my FIL, his partner, my SIL and her partner.
12/25- Christmas at home with the in laws.
12/26- Removing my fourth and final wisdom tooth on my bottom right row. Paying extra for general anesthesia as last time (three teeth, mind you) I was fully awake and it was absolutely horrible. Has anyone on here gone under GA during this procedure? If so, how was it? From there, I get to relax at home with pain killers which I can't complain about. Hopefully healing one tooth socket isn't nearly as bad as healing three at once like last time. I recall scratching the side of my tongue pretty badly on a top tooth when it was numb.
New Years Eve- Early dinner at 4:00pm somewhere fancy in town with Amanda. We have made reservations.
What about you all? What do y'all have going on IH folks?

@Oaktavia I've had my wisdom teeth removed separately when they came through. Local anesthesia every time. First time was 9 am after seven nights on shift at the hospital, which meant I basically fell asleep in the chair. Every time has been "let's see how this one will come out, oh there it is already."
As for plans, my being half-English makes it easy, because we can open presents on Christmas Eve at the in-laws and Christmas Day at my parents.
Plans have been the same ever since my wife and I have been together.
-
23rd - drive to the in-laws
-
24th - make the wife and in-laws happy by attending church, then saure Zipfel (bratwurst cooked in a sour broth) with sauerkraut, then presents
-
25th - goose with potato dumplings at the in-laws for lunch, then drive to my parents for presents round 2 followed by turkey for dinner
-
26th - food coma

I don't know if I'll be able to make it on the 25th, but I will try.
