Got in my first pair of new engineer boots. I really like them so far the are Renav Goods Dark Brown Oiled Shinki horsehide. They are 10 inch tall and have a dr soles half sole.in a olive color.

Here is my 3 month update no washes yet. I am going to push them for as long as I can until I give then a wash

yeah i think i am going to get some pics of mine next week right at the last minute i might give them one more wash too i am not sure yet i washed them in december once already.

@Davids_denim I hear ya i have the same problem. I have a stockpile but I am going to go back to my last bridge pair (N&F MIJ10) after the competition. I have several picked out to wear for y5. I think I am going to go with a pair of black denim I haven't faded out a pair of black denim before.

@Davids_denim well done his look sick! Are you going to wear them in year 5 of the invitationaL? @Mizmazzle I have a pair of uhr in 888. I haven't worn them much but I really like them. The denim starts out so stiff pre soak I was a little intimidated but after a soak and a wash cycle to get all the shrink out they are super comfy.

@Mizmazzle yes the shearling in the pockets was a next level touch. I am blown away with the RJ-2.

Here we are as promised this jacket is a beast! Thanks again for the glowing review on the denim version from @Mizmazzle . His review really helped me decide to grab one when I could.

@the246guy You might be able to pull some the diesel fuel out with a paste made with baking soda and water. Apply it to the areas and rub in and then wipe off with a damp rag. I got some brake fluid on a pair of boots and this helped some. It probably would be a good idea to condition the boots after this. Or you could embrace the wabi sabi.
