Wabbidashery… aka, The Heritage Heaven Tour

Interesting @denim-dawg. I suppose that makes sense that it would have more similarity to other fish muscly-bits.
Beef tongue is very tender, and almost spongy? Hard to describe, but oh so delicious. It definitely is pretty much the same throughout once you clean off the connective tissue.
-
@sabergirl Yup..agree with cleaning off the connective tissue (how appetising does this sound haha) - I am not a tongue fan, most of these parts make me squeamish.. so luckily this was a really tasty experience. I had beef tongue in Japan. Almost passed out. Thank god for the Sake... Izakayaaaa!! Enjoy your weekend and your meals, Sabergirl!
@AdamC Thank you - it is just 10 minutes drive from our home. This you'll enjoy the hiking here. Best wishes to you!
@Daniel-San thank you .. about this jacket... after wearing it constantly for almost a month my 1cent is that it goes with everything! Any style. Any colour combination. It is thick and yet thin. I was thinking I was more of a old-school button hole buy, but these golden snaps really are so gorgeous to look at, and they snap and close so easily. You do not even think about closing and opening it, it just happens. And the pockets make it like a bib. Only it is a jacket. Baby.
...so what could be more fitting, @Daniel-San, than this hahaha:

Good Sunday! Ready for your Sunday Roast?
Get out of your comfort zone and dig into the mind..or the head of a sheep. A classic Norwegian - and South African (smiley) dish... up in wabash smoke..
Have a great selvedge Sunday!

And the Oscar goes to….denim-dawg
-
Love it @denim-dawg
-
Much obliged. Five (or six) reels left. The dawgs are out on this one.. Wish you all a good ride!
-
@denim-dawg your posts here make me so happy
Thanks for all of the effort you put into these
-
@pechelman That's so cool to hear! Thank you! Wish you all good things
-
@Denim-Dog these are such a joy to watch -- educational, funny, cinematic and of course full of great fits.
-
@denim-dawg I will agree, it has been most enjoyable watching and reading your posts.
-
@denim-dawg hope you’re able to continue your “series” with other IH pieces as others take over the tour
-
@denim-dawg Norway and Colorado have so much in common. Fishing, mountains, wild lands. Norway, however, looks like you can really do some homesteading. Colorado has become so overcrowded. Harder and harder to find absolute solitude…unless you know where to look
-
@Mizmazzle kind words! I’ve only been to Colorado once and loved it. There is PLENTY of space here hahaha - if I’m in Colorado looking for a good spot I know who to ask thanks!
@pechelman @ROman really appreciate your comments! Thank you ️ It’s been a blast.
@RoxRocks86 thats really kind of you. We have enjoyed this month immensely. Your joy and cheers are very welcome. Love the IH denim community.
Have a great day!

Going to hack out a lot of films now these last days before @neph93 does his magic with it.
Talking crap "skit prat" around the braii (barbecue) kamado. I baked a bread on the flames after the flounder and cod were done for the first time.

@denim-dawg Flames of Moria ...
every single episode is brilliant and what a beautiful kamado grill -
best entertainment ever
-
@Karol happy to hear! The Kamado is probably the most simple and cheap one around. Only ceramics. But it works for the brutalist, basic cooking haha.. and look how gorgeous the bread turned out 🥸! Take care, Karol!

What better way to celebrate my Birthday than with beer and soaking the wabash? Not sure if this is a bad idea, or if it is the first time, or whatever..but the results were pretty good actually! I like the fading. How fast can you drink a case of beer? Well, this jacket drunk it in a few minutes... Have a great weekend! Drink responsibly.. precious drops gives precious fades.

And a bicycle ride for all you easy peasy riders out there..
