I meant to say on here last Sunday, it was a cool moment to hear Jordan Addison from the Vikings made his first career touchdown. He was one of my students in my Visual Arts class when he was in 7th grade.
Damn, that’s awesome! He has a bright future. A few weeks ago he was pulled over for going 140 in his Lamborghini, and I’m really, really hoping it just took one incident for him to mature because he really seems to have all the talent in the world.
And I can’t believe the Vikings blew it for me week 1. Such a strange game- held TB to 3.5 yards per play, Kirk threw for 325 yards. I feel like 9 times out of 10 we win that game.

I’ll take the Cowboys to beat the Jets.
I’m a UK based Packers fan so feel gutted for Rodgers in New York. Hopefully that wasn’t the last we see of him. -
This one might be a bad pick on my part but it is what I am hoping will happen. So I am picking Pittsburgh over Cleveland. Pittsburgh got flat out embarrassed last week. I think they will bounce back against there division rival on Monday night football!

@pmadison95 I know that you’re not supposed to let your emotions etc. get involved in your picks but I just couldn’t make the obvious pick, which is Dallas. At this point in the season it’s hard for me to figure out who I trust yet.

@Jett129 I dislike Rodgers, am neutral on the Jets (but love the D), and couldn't help but feel bad for Rodgers and worse for Jets fans. What a bummer.

Have the Ravens D in fantasy
My wife has them for her fantasy this year too...although she has no idea what she is doing lol it's with work colleagues. She chose Dobbins who is out now and she is already let down.

@mclaincausey Back in April someone,on this thread, asked me how I felt about the Jets getting Rodgers? I replied it’s the fucking Jets, what could go wrong. On another note a bar in Green Bay was offering free drinks every time the Jets lost this season. When Rodgers got knocked out, everyone started drinking, but all had to pay up after the Bills lost in overtime.
-
@Jett129 it gets worse for Packers fans as Rodgers injury will cost them in next seasons draft. Part of the deal was Rodgers taking part in 65% of the offensive snaps this season.
On a human level, I feel desperately sorry for him. -
@IrishHeart This is absolutely not the way he or anyone wanted this to go. I went from not wanting him to come to being ridiculously excited about him being here, just the way he totally embraced the team and NYC. I think everyone would have loved to have seen Green Bay get that draft pick, because of the fact that it meant he had played the required number of snaps.

@Jett129 A friend called that "karma." I think it's more opportunism and alcoholism (it did happen in Wisconsin, after all)

put me down for the Niners over the Rams this week
